Things To Do
Emmalani Court has plenty of covered parking and a lovely pool, this makes it among the top condos for rent Princeville, Kauai has to offer. You’ve also got a great bbq area, golf nearby (at the Makai Golf Course) and beach access. Inquire about bringing your furry friends, as many rentals are pet friendly. Some units have AC, but with trade winds galore and ceiling fans, it’s really not necessary. Trust us; if you’re looking for vacation rentals in Princeville, you’re in the right place!
Take a nice walk along the community walking path and head over to the St. Regis Hotel, one of the grandest hotels in the world. You’ll marvel at the luxurious decorations, iconic architecture, and sumptuous details. Afterwards, grab a seat on the terrace bar and relax with a Plantation Iced Tea, cold beer, or a delightfully refreshing ginger margarita (a house specialty) while you watch the surfers at the mouth of Hanalei Bay, visible below the highlands of Princeville’s plateau. Since you’re on vacation, it should be easy to clear your schedule and enjoy the sights here while you wait for the always-dazzling sunset past the mountains and beaches to the west.
Next, visit the shops and restaurants in the Princeville Shopping Center, or take a sunset stroll that will imprint on your memory for a lifetime. You can always head north, by car, to Hanalei Town and beyond where world famous beaches are at your fingertips.
When you’re staying in one of our Emmalani court condos for rent, you get to explore the best of the island. The North Shore of Kaua‘i is blessed with incredible natural beauty, and there is no better place to stay than in the middle of it all than at Emmalani Condos. From here it is a short drive to attractions east and west. Visit the farmers’ market on Saturdays in the small town of Hanalei, then explore the town square, enjoy a delicious lunch at one of the many restaurants or country cafes, and relax on the beach at Hanalei Bay.
Join the locals that gather every evening to watch the sunset from Hanalei Pier, or find your own secluded spot with your favorite people at one of the amazing beaches just west of town. At the end of the road, you will be met with the awe inspiring vistas of the Na Pali Coast, 17 miles of soaring sea cliffs and jagged valleys carved out of the mountains by clear, sparkling streams. Dotted with hidden beaches and waterfalls, this iconic landmark is one of the most special places on earth, and it is only accessible on foot from the Hanalei side.
If you head east you can explore more beaches, excellent ridge hikes, off-road tracks, and the beautiful Kilauea Lighthouse. And while we love the North Shore, Kaua‘i’s leeward side has plenty to offer as well, especially if it is particularly rainy at Emmalani (usually the rain showers are brief). If that’s the case, pack up the family and drive south past Līhu‘e. Enjoy the scenic drive, and in just two hours you will be at Poipu Beach which won the prestigious title of best beach in America.
Right next door in the distance is Pali Ke Kua. If the Emmalani condos with a pool aren’t vacant for the dates you are looking to stay here on Kauai you can always check out PKK. Some of those condos have a full Bali Hai view and are absolutely stunning.
