Paniolo, Hawaii condos are a short drive to the Princeville Shopping Center or visit the Westin and st. Regis Hotels. You’re a mere 10-15 minute drive to some of the most beautiful beaches on Kauai. Go north to the famous Hanalei Bay or south to the alluring Anini Beach. If you dare, there’s a tree lined path from this property to Wylie Beach and adjacent Anini Beach. Be careful when taking this steep hike, with the rainfall in Princeville it can get muddy and slick.
These are great luxury vacation rentals for those coming to the North Shore on a budget. You can get Paniolo (means Hawaiian cowboy) condo’s in a few different configurations and they are affordable for most renters. They are like mini duplex’s so one side is a studio and the other a 1 bedroom. Some owners rent them separate or together as a 2br, so make sure you know what you are getting before confirming your booking.
Paniolo, Hawaii offers decent sized units with a pool. These aren’t view condos but they are very close to the park for exercise, located just down the trail from Anini beach and Wyllie beach and mostly are used for those who aren’t going to spend much time in the condo while here on Kauai.
