Condo had everything you needed including beach chairs and towels, coolers and mats. Kitchen was well stocked. Great pool and hot tub. Patio very nice and overall everything was very comfortable. Only challenge was finding it as the address is wrong on google maps. They need to add ‘Sandpiper Village' to the address. Took us an hour and a phone call to find it.

Perfect location in Princeville with many walkable beaches and sights nearby. The condo was spotless and REALLY well stocked with everything you need for a beach day or to cook a meal for a night in. When we return to Kauai there is no doubt we will stay here again, I couldn't recommend this condo enough.

Our stay in Kauai was wonderful—would strongly recommend this host and this site for a great stay on the island. It was easy to find and a great location for a home base for everything we wanted to do between Ha'ena, Hanalei, Kilauea, and Kapa'a. The place was comfortable, clean, and homey and the host was welcoming and responsive.

Aloha Princeville Vacations and Mahalo for being such wonderful hosts. We stayed at Sandpiper 137A and the unit was a gem. It was spacious, well stocked with everything you might need and the Sandpiper grounds were a a well maintained oasis. We typically avoid first floor accommodations due to potential for bugs, etc., but this unit exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness. We felt that our stay was good and felt right at home. We took advantage of the full kitchen to be able to cook and enjoy our meals. The air conditioning in the bedroom made a big difference to us, and it was a nice place to recharge at the end of our days. We liked that it was in walking distance to the pool and it had everything that was shared and disclosed. Kory was responsive and thoughtful about check in and check out. We would stay here again. We loved the complimentary coffee, bottle of wine, and chocolates. If you're wondering if this place is worth the stay, do it. As mentioned, we would happily stay here again.

Accurate description, cold AC in the bedroom. It's very quiet. Shops and stores around. We really enjoyed the beaches especially Hanalei Bay beach, very calm, big and not many people. The bed is a soft memory foam, nice shower and bath. Had coolers, chairs and umbrellas.

Great stay at our little nest away from home, everything was very clean and there were plenty of dive masks and beach chairs and boogie boards available for use. I didn't really like the memory foam bed, but others may. Not the most private place the way units are configured. Aside from two minor complaints, this was a lovely spot.

One of the best Airbnb stays I've ever had. Excellent unit, super accurate - tons of space, clean, stylish, comfortable. Had a cooler and snorkel gear. Honestly felt luxury. I would love to stay again in the same exact unit.

We had a great stay! The place was well equipped with all kinds of kitchenware/cookware, lots of beach items, and games to play. Great location too, close to a lot of beaches and a grocery store. The host checked in regularly and made us feel welcomed.

Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Short walk to everything Princeville has to offer and a short drive to Hanalei and Anini beach. Gorgeous property in an even more stunning area. Condo was sparkling clean and fully stocked with anything you could need for a beach day. Very much enjoyed the cats that live in the neighborhood 🐱 - would absolutely stay here again!
