They’re located at 4919 Pepelani Loop and feature plantation style buildings that were built in 2008, making them a newer property in Princeville. There are 34 triplex buildings, home to 102 units. You can find a single story 2 bedroom, 3 bath or a two story 2 bedroom, 2 bath. We prefer the layout of the 2/3, but some of the 2 story units have distant views of Bali Hai from the lanai as well as garages. All units have wifi/internet access.
