Here is a brief description of the classes they have going on. These are unique and exciting classes that will keep you coming back every time you are here on vacation.
YoSPIN – a combo class featuring 30 min of CYCLE and 30 min of Yoga. This is their most popular class.
Barre – A low impact, moderate intensity workout which blends pilates, yoga, and ballet together.
Cycle Burnout – 45 min cycle class inspired by the mainland cycle craze. Similar to Soul Cycle. Incorporating one song of hand weights and effective stretching just to mix it up and keep your muscles long.
TRX circuit – Circuit style training incorporating suspension training. High intensity and calorie scorching.
