We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely charming, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches, like beach chairs, an umbrella, sunscreen, beach towels, and so many other little details that made our days exploring Kauai so much easier.
The hosts were attentive and helpful throughout our stay, and it really showed that they went out of their way to make their guests feel comfortable. The location and overall experience were fantastic. We truly felt at home and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Mahalo for such a wonderful experience!

Arthur was a great host, anytime we had any questions or anything he answered asap within minutes. When we booked we saw there was no AC but when we go to the room there was a small portable which you would think wouldn't make the room cool, but it did quite the opposite, it worked perfectly. Place was clean and environment was clean as well. Thank you!

Great space!! Lanai is not super private as it is directly over the parking lot. For the space, it has a lot of cooking tools available so you can make some basic meals too. The adjoining condo's bathroom is right next to yours so you can hear some showering and conversations from them sometimes— but not a big deal. The most difficult thing is finding parking. There are “reserved” spots and “unmarked” spots. This property can only park in unmarked parking spots and those fill up quickly. Assume that you'll have to park at the far side lot and walk across the property to the condo.

The property was quiet and peaceful. The room was a perfect for resting and sleeping and had what we needed. We enjoyed being able to easily access the walkway and being close to Princeville Center.

I have stayed at one of the Princeville Vacation Rentals annually for the past 12 years. I am not one to post reviews for the most part. I can honestly say that I have been consistently very pleased with each of the rentals that I have been to. Always clean, safe and as advertised. I have never been surprised by finding that the place rented was not what I thought I was getting. Additionally, I have had prompt and pleasant interactions with the staff and with the host. (Never with a machine or endless menus.)
5 star over a 12 year period.

We loved our stay at Sandpiper Inn! The condo was exactly as described and we were so happy to see an air conditioning unit upon arrival. Tge only thing I'd say is that the unit itself was a little challenging to find until we found the property map in the parking lot. Otherwise, the unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we wanted!
