Whitewater and reef views await from every window of this cheerfully designed condo. Two serene bedrooms offer accommodations for up to 4 guests. Drift away to the sound of waves on a king-size bed in the master bedroom, complete with its own en-suite bathroom and tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, and another shared bathroom features a tub/shower combo.
Activities
Start your morning with coffee or tea on the spacious lanai. This breezy perch boasts Princeville’s best views of the Anini reef. A lush lawn leads right up to the ocean’s edge — a set of chairs offers another fine place to admire the view.
Fix breakfast in the granite and tile-lined kitchen before an awesome beach day. Choose from a number of sandy paradises: Puu Poa Beach, Hideaway Beach, and Anini Beach are beloved spots for sunbathing and snorkeling. Your group is welcome to use the complimentary beach and snorkel gear at the condo. Pick up fresh dinner ingredients (and a shave ice!) at Princeville Shopping Center on your way back home, or head right to Bar Acuda for tapas.
Parking is simple with your own dedicated space. The property’s on-site pool and shared grilling area is 100 yards from you door — indulge in a late-night grilling session beneath the stars between dips in the pool. Laundry is easy to do in the property with washer and dryer provided.
Cap a full day with a classic film on the living room’s flat-screen TV. Cable and free Wi-Fi are included, making it easy to surf the web and plan the next day’s adventures.

This property is a dream come true! Stayed here a week.... We especially enjoyed the stunning ocean view, taking the opportunity to have coffee in the morning and golden hour beverages every day from the comfortable lanai. The decor in the condo really elevated the tropical theme, with beautiful wood furniture throughout (the master bedroom features a stunning island-y bed) gorgeous photos, and cheerful bedspreads/pillows. We appreciated the bathroom toiletries and the fully stocked kitchen cabinets which made it super easy to prep food we purchased at the farmer's market and take it to the beach in the provided Tupperware. Picnics galore! We had rowdy neighbors upstairs but we brought them lychee and asked for some consideration after 9pm - problem solved. We visited the south shore (Poipu, etc.) and while it was nice, we were SO happy we selected north shore and especially Alii Kai. The pool was super convenient after long days of salt water snorkeling, and just a quick walk to get to it. Nearby food carts were an added bonus (Taro French toast & Portuguese sausage at Taste of Asia!). We used the boogey boards and chairs the hosts provided - so much fun! Overall, we feel like we hit the jackpot with this property and super thorough hosts. Check in/out was seamless. We left Kauai relaxed and invigorated, and this condo was a major part of that vibe.

Perfect stay – we truly hope to come back one day!
The accommodation was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. Everything we needed was provided, and the host shared excellent local tips that made our stay even better. We honestly have nothing to complain about.
The highlight was definitely the view. The unobstructed ocean views from every room and from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking. Sitting outside with a coffee and watching the ocean was one of our favorite parts of the trip.
We also loved the location. It was an easy walk to The Cliffs, where we enjoyed the stunning viewpoints, a great Mexican food truck, and a coffee truck. We also loved strolling through the nearby residential neighborhood, admiring the beautiful homes and tropical gardens. Foodland was only about 5 minutes away by car, and Hanalei was just a 10-minute drive.
An ideal base for exploring the North Shore. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kauai!

The condo was a dream with a beautiful view from the lanai and the large windows in each bedroom. Sleeping with the windows open with the sound of the ocean was serene. We really appreciated the thoughtful extra touches our host added to welcome us for our vacation! The property was clean, exactly as depicted in the photos, and had lots of useful items in the kitchen. The location was quiet and is within a beautiful area with easy access to all the North Shore sights and activities. It is easily the best view in the area and we hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute Princeville condo. It had just about everything we needed, including beach gear. It has been kept up nicely and the view is to die for! The only thing lacking is a hot tub which would have been nice after our long hikes and rainy days. Mattresses and couch were a little too firm for our taste, but otherwise we were very comfortable!

Arthur's condo was absolutely magical. very spacious and absolutely loved the decor. So fun and colorful and unique pieces. really appreciated the small touches like the binoculars, the guidebooks, and the games (go fish Hawaii edition being our favorite ). Loved the visits feom the chickens and New Ne every morning and woke up to perfect double rainbows on the horizon. We named the little golden gecko in the main bedroom Sandy. Wish we could have stayed longer, but hope to return soon. Highly recommend. Mahalo!

Lovely room right on the coast line and cliffs. We absolutely enjoyed the beach chairs, towels and easy entry on the main floor. The stars were absolutely incredible on the balcony and even got the chance to hike down to Turtle Cove and Hideaway beach which isn't far from the unit. Only issue was the neighbors above moving out at 6am and creating so much noise that it woke up everyone in the condo but allowed us to rise and see the sunrise. Go to Tiki Iniki, holy grail donuts and down to Kalypso for dinner! Won't be disappointed.

This is a spacious rental in a beautiful resort. The view from the lanai is great. The home is well stocked with the basic supplies and some extras for beach days. The home has the easy island comfort that that we found throughout Kaua'i. We'd definitely return.
