The pool, BBQ and grounds at Sandpiper are awesome for hanging around and getting some rest after a long day at any of the nearby beaches. You can walk down to Sealodge (12 mins) or Anini (about 17 mins) from this property.
The space was incredible clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy the trip. Communication with the host was very easy, we were able to get parking everyday, and the pool and hot tub were also very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is incredible with gorgeous views all around and some walkable restaurants and a grocery store and coffee spot. Very close to Hanalei Bay for some food trucks and fun food options as well. Hosts were incredibly responsive at all hours and went above and beyond to be helpful.

We, two friends, stayed at this property for six nights, and it was exactly what we needed. It's not huge, but it's ideal for two people, especially since you spend so much time outdoors on Kauai. The lovely terrace made it possible to enjoy breakfast outside even when it was raining a bit. The location is truly fantastic: we explored the entire island, but this property is in one of the most beautiful spots on Kauai. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully green, and there are plenty of nice restaurants and beautiful beaches in the area. Parking in the evening was no problem at all, and communication with the host was smooth and friendly. One morning, we had no power, but this was resolved immediately. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Pretty neat spot. The hard part for us was really no kitchen, and extremely small trash cans. Overall the management group was helpful, it is in a nice walkable area. And the place itself is clean, no mold, clean bathrooms, nice shower, overall a fun stay. 4.5/5

Overall the condo was great! The shower appeared to be recently upgrade with new tile! The refrig was as advertised & I made good use of the space inside. The week i stayed was hot & humid….the typical trade winds of the north shore only blew for a few hours around the dinner hour then died. Air conditioning would have been helpful but I knew going in that there would only be fans! The pool was great & I made good use of it! Also used the bbq's around the pool a few times! The bed was on the soft side but that is a matter of personal preference! Overall happy with my stay & the condo!

Great place to stay! Host is very responsive and helpful. Clean and a nice place to unwind in after a day of adventuring. About 10 minutes from Hanalei and close by a bunch of awesome beaches. Plus there was a cool frog that hung out on the lawn that we enjoyed seeing. Would stay here again!

Princeville Vacation Rentals was an excellent Airbnb host. Arthur and Kory's check-in/check-out instructions and local sightseeing and culinary recommendations were clear, detailed, and helpful. In addition, my assigned rental apartment was affordable, secure, well-equipped, neat-and-clean, and conveniently located near all of Kauai's top North Shore attractions.
