Bed & Bath
Inside, a contemporary-coastal design creates a breezy welcome for honeymooners, friend trips, and other getaways of up to 4 people.
Both bedrooms have adult-sized beds, with one Cal King master bedroom suite and one queen-size guest bedroom. The master suite bath includes a tub/shower combo. A second full bath, just down the hall from the guest bedroom, has a shower only. An additional half bath on the second floor provides extra convenience.
Activities
Sip the day's first coffee on the lanai with a dining table for 4 and views of Bali Hai in the distance. The downstairs patio with a porch swing presents another private place to breathe in the tropical landscaping before starting your day.
Gather in a sunny breakfast nook to fuel for the day. Prep (and cleanup!) is easy in the full, modern kitchen with a dishwasher. Then pack up the provided beach gear, including bear chairs and boogie boards, for a day at the beach—you have your pick of several within just a few miles! Or strap on your hiking shoes and explore nearby Hanalei National Wildlife Refuge. For a more low-key experience, bring your camera to Kailuea Lighthouse to capture unbelievable vistas and a variety of native birds.
Once you've soaked in all of Kauai's beauty, grab dinner ingredients at the Princeville Shopping Center and return to your relaxing home base. (A designated parking spot means no searching for parking!) Sear burgers and veggies on the lanai's charcoal grill, uncork a bottle of wine, and kick back for sunset.
A flat-screen TV in the living area with cable and free Wi-Fi keeps everyone happy and entertained after the sun goes down. Meanwhile, refresh your beach towels and bathing suits in the stacked, in-unit washer and dryer. Mahalo!

Located in a resort area with beautiful views and beach access nearby. The two story house was comfy and well stocked in the kitchen. Always nice to have a washer and dryer. As in most of Hawaii an A/C unit would have been nice to keep the house cool during the day. So mostly don't stay at the beach in the water to stay cool.

What a beautifully unique cottage nestled in the greenery of the north shore! The cottage was larger than expected. It was beautifully decorated and clean! I enjoyed my morning walks to the Hotel 1 for coffee at the cafe. There is also a walking path close by (with many stairs) that lead to a beach.

Very nice house in Princeville, spotlessly clean, with private parking. On the balcony, you have the impression of being alone. We appreciated the beach gear. Easy check-in and welcome coffee/chocolate. There are no good restaurants within walking distance, but you can eat well in Hanalei (15-minute drive). We recommend Anini Beach for snorkeling. We would book the place again anytime.

Wow, fantastic property & location. We felt right at home when we first entered the property for a 4 night stay. Cleaners had just finished when we drove up and we were able to check-in an hour early. The property is surrounded by tropical flora and was very private.

Our stay at the villa was nothing short of spectacular. The home was in the perfect location with many beautiful beaches nearby. We even saw whales just walking across the street and staring into the ocean. The home was well equipped with all beach necessities and plenty of chairs. I had a great one week stay at the villa, I found the location excellent, walkable neighborhood, there is a beach near by and the villa is spacious, well equipped and clean with a beautiful view of the mountains and lush greenery around. Our host was super responsive. I spent most time exploring the island, but it was also very nice to return to the villa and enjoy the space. Nice touch was having sports equipment and set of dumbbells, I was able to workout outside on the patio, and had the best time surrounded by beautiful garden and birds. This place is at the top of my list and I already miss it!

This place is gorgeous and at one of the most beautiful places on earth. A short walk to catch the shuttle to the state park. A beautiful beach is a short walk away, although the climb down to it is difficult, depending on how much you are carrying. The only downside and I think this is more about my partners body composition rather than the place itself, is the lack of A/C. I found the temperature in the place totally comfortable, however my partner is pretty heat intolerant. Again, I think this is more about him than the place. Despite this, we absolutely loved the place, it was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed! We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!
