The master bedroom is your own relaxing oasis with a California King bed, large TV with cable and an en-suite bath with separate shower and soaking tub.
The second bedroom is also exquisitely appointed with a queen bed along with another large smart TV.
The gourmet kitchen features granite counters, eating bar, and all new appliances including a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and coffee grinder, top of the line dinnerware and glassware. There is also a lanai off of the dining room that makes you feel like your condo is the only one around.
While central air-conditioning is available in this Kauai condo rental, it is not necessary since you will be naturally touched by ample refreshing trade winds when opening the windows and sliders. The ceiling fans throughout the house usually eliminate the need for A/C when you combine them with the daily tropical breeze. The use of ceiling fans instead of central air-conditioning has become more common and popular throughout Kauai, and energy conservation is truly appreciated by everyone.
There is a two-car garage and an in-unit washer and dryer. All furnishings and decor are of the highest quality. We've also included 2 cruiser bicycles and some beach gear for you to use on your adventures that includes beach chairs and umbrella, a cooler, boogie boards and some snorkel gear!
Within walking distance is a world-class golf course, beautiful tennis courts and some of the most romantic beaches: Anini beach, Secret beach, Hanalei bay, hideaway’s Beach and Queen’s Bath (a unique ancient Hawaiian retreat on the North Shore). Within a minutes’ drive, you have access to over 23 North Shore beaches, and coves tucked into Princeville’s cliffs, you can also enjoy the breathtaking views of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai.
Quaint Hanalei Town – bordering awesome Hanalei Bay – is a short 10-minute drive away, offering shopping and a variety of eateries, from small, home-town cafes to elegant dining. The Kilauea Point Lighthouse, built in 1913 was a navigational aid for commercial shipping between Hawaii and the Orient, stands as a monument to Hawaii’s colorful past.
Princeville is a golfer’s paradise, featuring 18 holes of world-class golfing at the Makai Golf Course- which has consistently been ranked among the best in the country.

We would love to stay here in the future. We've stayed in different units in this complex but this was our favorite. I loved being on the main floor and the lanai opening up into that beautiful backyard area. It was quiet and peaceful just beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with a variety of appliances and pots more sold than many of the other units we've stayed in.

This home was so beautiful, so clean, and well-stocked with all of the supplies that you might need for a vacation in Hawaii. They had lots of snorkeling gear, water shoes, coolers, and beach gear, in addition to a beautiful kitchen where cooking became a joy. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space to relax. This home was so lovely, with beautiful, upscale decorations, comfortable furniture in the living room, and such a wonderful lanai where you can relax after hiking or a day at the beach. The air conditioning was wonderful to have, but honestly, with all of the ceiling fans throughout the house, you don't have to use it as much as you would think. My kids did not want to leave this island paradise. After a day of hiking, they were also able to take advantage of the pool nearby and the hot tub. This first floor condo was great and so convenient. We hope to return and stay here again!

We had a great stay! The location was great within minutes of restaurants and 10 min to the beach. The Airbnb was stocked with beach gear and the kitchen had lots of spices and salt and pepper etc, I assume leftover from previous renters. We brought a baby with us so it was really nice to have the pack and play available as well. The pool doesn't seem to be heated so we only went there when it was really hot out, and the hottub was unfortunately broken, but this is no fault of Arthur's. Overall had a great time and would definitely return!

The host was very responsive to any issues. They were power washing the building one day when we were there and the workers had moved the furniture off the lanai and did not put it back. When I contacted the host they sent someone to put it back correctly. My husband really enjoyed sitting on the lanai.

This was the most well-appointed and organized AirBnb I've ever stayed in. It literally had everything you would need while at home. The place was spotless, conveniently located close to the pool but not so close that noise was ever an issue. The furniture layout was thoughtful, and most items in and outside the place were clean, new, and placed where they were easy to find. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and all the beach accessories for snorkeling or lounging. We used the pool, hot tub and grills. I am writing my review in Turkish so that it will be useful if a Turkish citizen comes, the system will translate it into English anyway. First of all, I would like to say that I have stayed all over the world, this house is a very stylish house in a very high quality elite site that is as tidy, clean, has everything you need, has a closed parking lot, is peaceful, quiet and calm. When you rent a car from the airport, you drive about 50 minutes, in my opinion, it is the most elite area of the island, the host is very, very caring, someone who responds to you instantly and strives to make you happy. The house is very spacious, the beds are incredibly comfortable, there are so many towels that you won't want more and it is very clean. To be honest, the first thing I thought when I entered the house was that it was a much more VIP house than the one in the pictures and descriptions. My last word; a much nicer house than the one in the pictures and descriptions, I would like to thank the host again for his quality, sensitive and helpful approach.

My wife and I were here 29 years ago in the Hanalei Bay area for our honeymoon and returned with our two daughters this time. The Airbnb condo was very clean, beautiful, and well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable! We made good use of the beach umbrella, coolers, and chairs. While we didn't make use of the outdoor pool, it did look lovely. We did have a chance to use the outdoor grills near the pool, which made for some delicious meals. Mahalo!

Comes with a couple beach cruisers that are perfect for getting around to all the best spots like hanalei bay (hideaways). You honestly could bike down to hideaways and paddle out to hanalei bay, one of the best surf spots in the world. If you have a car, you can easily drive the whole island
