Description
Guest is responsible for paying front desk fees when staying at Hanalei Bay Resort ($22/day + GET and $17/day + GET for parking and a $50 one time Check in fee). This is a separate transaction between the guest and the resort and is subject to change and beyond our control.
NOTE: In an effort to maintain the high level of resort services at HBR, the AOAO Board of Directors has approved the following fee changes that will affect all Guest reservations effective January 1, 2024.
1. The daily Resort Service Fee of $22.00 will increase to $25.00/day; which will assist with funding common area amenities and activities.
2. The daily Parking Fee of $17.00 will increase to $20.00/day; which will assist in offsetting the Valet service.
All reservations confirmed on or after January 1, 2024 will be charged the 2024 fees. If a Guest with a 2024 reservation that's confirmed in 2023, then the 2023 fees will be honored.
IMPORTANT: Just so you know, Lagoon Spa is currently under maintenance and we do not have an exact date when it will be fixed. The pool is still accessible during your stay.
